At the heart of a
small traditional village, you will discover the pleasure of a
refined and delicious regional cuisine.
The restaurant la Casserole de la Baie offers menus and "à la carte" dishes based largely on the
local produce.
You will taste the dishes typical of the Mont Saint Michel bay area, including notably the
salted meadow lamb, scallops, oysters...
The chef Daniel Darthial will introduce you to the beer beef stew typical of the bay area, the cassoulet from the sea, a beef filet with Normandy sauce, a tarte Tatin flambéed with Calvados...
The dishes are cooked with seasonal ingredients, served in the dining room of the restaurant with a friendly and warm atmosphere imbued with traditional artefacts and paintings of the region.
